Privacy in Full Bloom
We’re not in the business of selling flowers to strangers — we’re in the business of making people cry happy tears. That means we know your name, your crush’s address, and sometimes that you’re ordering “Sorry” at 2 AM. And we guard that information like it’s the last peony on earth.
1. What we actually collect
Only what we genuinely need to deliver your chaos:
- Your name and who the flowers are for (duh)
- Delivery address and phone number (so the courier doesn’t leave 300 of roses with a confused neighbor)
- Email and payment details (processed securely — we literally never see your full card number)
- The dramatic message you wrote (we read it, we cry, we forget it)
2. What we absolutely do NOT do with your data
- Sell it. Ever. We’d rather go bankrupt than become that company.
- Spam you with “10% off your ex’s favorite bouquet” (we’re not monsters)
- Share your love life with advertisers, influencers, or your mom
3. Who sees your info (spoiler: almost nobody)
Only three groups of humans (and one robot) touch your data:
- Our tiny team who packs and dispatches your order
- The courier who actually rings the doorbell
- Stripe / PayPal — the payment wizards who handle the money stuff (they’re boringly obsessed with security)
- Our server (a very quiet computer in Europe that doesn’t gossip)
4. How long we keep it
We keep your order details for 5 years (because European tax authorities are dramatic). After that — poof. Gone. Deleted forever. We don’t hoard old love stories.
5. Your rights (you’re the boss)
You can, at any moment:
- Ask us exactly what we have on you
- Tell us to delete everything (we’ll be sad, but we’ll do it)
- Change your mind about marketing emails (we send maybe 3 per year anyway)
Just write to dailyblooms@gmail.com with the subject “I’m in control” and we’ll sort it faster than same-day delivery.
6. Security (we take this seriously)
Your data lives behind bank-level encryption, firewalls, and a team that would literally fight a bear to protect it. We run regular security audits and pretend we’re hackers just to stay sharp.
7. Changes to this policy
If we ever change anything important, we’ll email you before it happens. No sneaky updates while you’re asleep.
8. Compliance and Data Protection
At Daily Blooms, we are committed to ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We prioritize the protection of your data and privacy, implementing industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal information.
9. Data Collection and Usage
We collect, store, and process personal information strictly in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards. Our data-handling practices are regularly reviewed to maintain compliance with evolving regulations and industry best practices.
10. Transparency and Accountability
Transparency is at the core of our operations. We clearly outline how your data is collected, used, and stored. Our policies reflect our ongoing efforts to maintain compliance and accountability.
11. User Rights and Choices
As part of our commitment to compliance, we respect your rights to access, update, and delete your personal information. You can request data modifications or removals by contacting us at dailyblooms@gmail.com.
